All sales are final. Exchanges will only be accepted for shipping errors and in the unlikely event that merchandise is damaged in transit. You must notify us via phone or e-mail no later than 48 hours after the receipt of goods.
When returning merchandise, please wrap it securely and return via insured USPS Priority Mail or other insured parcel post (please call 1-903-466-4675 for return shipping address). All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. All returned goods must be accompanied by an authorization issued by KD Designs before they will be accepted.
